Ms. Deans is a results-oriented senior management executive with over 30 years of expertise in strategic planning, operational leadership, and business innovation with a strong track record of implementing initiatives that drive efficiency and elevates the customer experience. Known for transforming strategy into tangible results and motivating resources across organizational boundaries, she’s been a key organization leader in developing and deploying products and services that generate revenue and impact. She holds a MBA in Information Systems Management. Ms. Deans holds key industry certifications such as PMI’s PMP Certification, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, SAFe Agilist (SA), ITIL Foundation, and is certified as a CMMI Professional.
She is a hands-on leader who thrives on tough challenges, managing complex mission-critical programs, troubleshooting business issues, and implementing effective and efficient repeatable processes. She is also recognized for building successful teams, rallying teams behind goals, and consistent high achievement in propelling CMC forward. Ms. Deans is the creator of the Agile-based Methodology for Proposal Development (AMPD!) which is a proposal methodology better tailored for businesses with limited proposal resources. She is also the author of “Proposalisms – Impactful Insights of Proposal Development.” Ms. Deans’ strong strategic and forward-thinking skills are the key drivers for CMC’s mission achievement.

Carol Washington is an experienced and dynamic leader with over 25 years progressive professional and management consulting experience in business operations, account management, and leading strategic planning initiatives. She has held leadership and growth positions with industry recognized management and technology consulting firms such as PWC, EDS, Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Unisys as well as with small and mid-tier firms. With a deep understanding of federal agencies and integrators, Carol has led multidisciplinary teams focusing on transformation and implementation of business solutions within the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Department of Commerce (DOC). She holds a BA degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a MS from George Washington University. Carol is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL V3, ISO Internal Auditor, and CMMI Associate.
An accomplished executive with expertise in portfolio management, strategic process improvement, organizational change management, and talent cultivation, Carol has delivered mission-critical business and technical solutions to several government and commercial clients. Leading service delivery and enterprise account management spanning across applications, business services and operations, she has a diverse skillset with demonstrated success in planning, developing, and implementing solutions that address challenges and resolve issues. Driven by strategic foresight, effective business acumen, and leadership, Carol has lead large multi-million dollar accounts with up to 600+ personnel, multiple programs, business partners, and contracts.

Shelia Summerlin is a Senior Information Technology Project Manager with over three decades experience, spanning both federal and private sectors. Shelia brings an extensive background in IT Policy and Planning along with Database Management and Contract Management. Her contributions to businesses include management of multi-million dollar IT Service Management projects, Project Manager of international Intellectual Property electronic filing programs, and various comprehensive IT monitoring systems administered by the U.S. military. Shelia utilizes a positive attitude to promote team success and advancement. Her numerous career successes are rooted in her commitment to solid action planning and execution.
